You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service, including bank statements and transaction data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display the content solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service uses third-party AI providers to extract transaction data from your bank statements. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to:
While we strive for high accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of extracted transaction data before relying on it for financial decisions.
The Service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have usage limits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans provide additional features and higher usage limits.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Expensite and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
